TUSKEGEE, Ala. – Tuskegee University head coach Willie Slater announced the signing of 19 student-athletes who will join the football program next season as part of National Signing Day on Wednesday.
The class consists of three linebackers, three defensive linemen, three offensive linemen, three wide receivers, three defensive backs, two running backs, a quarterback and fullback across seven states. The Golden Tigers went into talent-rich Florida to sign ten student-athletes, two hail from Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama, while one each from Mississippi, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

“I really like the incoming class,” said Slater. “They can help us early. Im really excited to get them on campus to see what they can do.”
“We addressed some needs on the defensive side of the ball,” said recruiting coordinator Kelvin Powell. “We’ve added really physical guys, while also adding athleticism at our skilled positions. We will continue to shake the bushes to find more talent in the weeks to come.”
