ATLANTA–New Clark Atlanta head coach Tim Bowens and Morehouse veteran Rich Freeman will spend time with the Atlanta Falcons this summer. Both coaches were selected to participate in the NFL’s 2019 Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship.

This will be the second consecutive year that Freeman will participate in the Falcons Veteran Mini-Camp. Both coaches will be in Flowery Branch, Georgia from June 10 to June 13 at the camp.

“I am once again thrilled to participate in the Minority Internship Program with the Atlanta Falcons for the second consecutive season,” said Freeman. “The experience I gained last year was invaluable and sparked intrigue throughout our entire coaching staff in which we now have several additional coaches participating throughout the National Football League.

Bowens, in his first year at CAU, will work with wide receivers at their mini-camp.
