Former HBCU football star Joshua Pryor is looking to keep his NFL career going.

Pryor, a former Bowie State star and 2022 CIAA Player of The Year, has signed a deal with the Cincinnati Bengals of the NFL. He played in seven games as a rookie for the Washington Commanders and recorded one special teams tackle in 2023. He was waived by Washington on May 7.

At Bowie State, Pryor was a dominant force on the defensive line, consistently disrupting opposing offenses. His impressive performance helped lead Bowie State to several successful seasons, including a strong showing in the NCAA Division II playoffs.
