The LA Rams have added a North Carolina A&T alumna to its football staff.
Jordyn Foster is joining the football operations staff of the Los Angeles Rams, according to North Carolina A&T.
?Farewell to Jordyn Foster, whose impact on NC A&T as Director of Football Operations was nothing short of remarkable, the Instagram post read. “As she heads to the LA @rams to continue her journey in football operations, we know she’ll keep making history. You’ll be missed, but we can’t wait to see all you accomplish next!”
Jordyn Foster became the North Carolina A&T football program’s director of operations in 2023 under head coach Vincent Brown after graduating from A&T with a bachelor’s degree in sports science and fitness management with a concentration in business administration on May 13, 2023.
Before taking the football ops position, Foster served as the director of football operations intern from August 2022 until April of the following year. She is the first woman and youngest DFO in A&T history. While interning with A&T football, she was also interning with the NFL Experienceship Program and Quality Control Sports Basketball Operations.
Foster’s senior year included working as a Celebration Bowl Operations intern. She also received an invitation to assist at the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City. In addition, she attended the Minnesota Vikings Football Operations Summit and the NFL Career Forum in Atlanta, Georgia.
The LA Rams previously employed another North Carolina A&T alumnus in Brad Holmes. Holmes is currently the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Detroit Lions after spending 18 seasons with the Rams franchise.
