We’ve got a little over a week to go before the NCAA kicks off, but college football is already underway. NAIA member Edward Waters started its season with a bang, beating University of Faith 76-7 on Saturday.
You may remember the University of Faith is one of several schools that the NCAA considers non-countable opponents for its teams. Based upon the results of Saturday’s contest, no one is questioning that at the moment.
Edward Waters is coached by former Bethune-Cookman head man Alvin “Shine” Wyatt.
