Three-Star Receiver De-Commits From Louisville, Headed For SC State

T.J. Foster will play his college ball at SC State.

Still suffering from the loss of a fallen member of its football team, South Carolina State got some good news on Friday. 247 Sports is reporting that receiver T.J. Foster has chosen to play for SC State. The three-star wide receiver out of Union County High had previously committed to Louisville. He was also being recruited by FBS programs like East Carolina and FIU as well as App State.

At 6’3 he’ll be a tall target for whoever plays at quarterback at SC State over the next couple of years. He’ll likely need to add some weight to his 170lb frame, but that should come in time.
