Report: Former Hawaii QB To Be Next Jackson State OC

Former Hawaii quarterback Timmy Chang will reportedly be the new OC at Jackson State.

Jackson State has been largely a running team the last couple of years, but that may soon be changing. Football Scoop is reporting that current SMU Grad Assistant Timmy Chang will be joining Hugh Jackson’s staff at JSU next year.
