GREENVILLE, S.C. — Furman and North Carolina A&T State have reached agreement to play a pair of football games, meeting first in 2021 and again in 2025, it has been announced.

The Paladins and Aggies will play in Greenville on Sept. 4, 2021, and in Greensboro, N.C., on Sept. 13, 2025.

The 2021 contest will mark the first meeting in football between the two schools. Other Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference foes Furman has faced include South Carolina State (Furman leads all-time series 12-5) and Howard, which the Paladins defeated 56-14 during the 2010 season.

Furman kicks off its 2019 campaign this Saturday when it plays host to Charleston Southern in a 1:00 p.m. contest at Paladin Stadium.
