The Bengals signed free agent OT Justin Evans and waived TE Andrew Vollert.
Evans (6-5, 310), a first-year player out of South Carolina State, was originally a college free agent signee of the Baltimore Ravens in 2018. He was waived by the Ravens on final cuts last season, and later spent time on the practice squads of the Washington Redskins and the Arizona Cardinals. He was waived by the Cardinals on May 9.
Vollert, a first-year player, spent the final eight games of 2018 on the Bengals’ practice squad after joining the team on Nov. 5.
