Top Five MEAC Scorers

1. James Daniel, III – Howard
Daniel is a junior, guard from Hampton, Virginia. He came to the Bison as a freshman and now leads the nation in scoring with an average of 27.1 points per game.

2. Reginald Johnson, Jr. – Hampton
Johnson is a 6-2 senior, guard from Chicago, Illinois and leads the MEAC regular season champ in points per game at 18.1.

3. Quinton Chievous – Hampton
Chievous entered the Pirate basketball program from the University of Tennessee. He’s a 6-6 guard and was recently named First Team All-MEAC, along with teammate Reginald Johnson, Jr.

4. Eric Eaves – South Carolina State
6-3 Junior, guard from Columbia, South Carolina and he was recently named second team All-MEAC.

5. Devin Martin – UMES
From Baltimore, Maryland, Devin Martin is a senior, guard for the Hawks and his prior experience comes from Monroe College.
