Keenan Lambert’s NFL dream is still alive. The former Norfolk State safety has been claimed off waivers by the Raiders, according to Silver and Black Pride.
Lambert signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of NSU following the draft, joining his brother Kam Chancellor in Seattle. He was hurt for much of camp, playing in just two games, but apparently Oakland liked what they saw.
Lambert recorded six tackles in two preseason games for the Raiders. He was an All-MEAC selection at NSU in 2014 where he recorded 52 tackles and 3 interceptions.
