If Morgan State makes another run at the MEAC title, it will have to do so without one of its key big men. Zech Smith has been dismissed from the team for a violation of team rules, the program announced today.
The 7’0, 270 pound center was a graduate transfer from Cal-State Bakersfield. Smith was second on the team in rebounding (6.4 per game) and led the Bears in blocks (1.5 per game)
