CIAA Surcharge has some up in arms

Everyone knows that the CIAA is a huge cash cow for Charlotte every spring. The city’s estimated revenue from the 2014 Tournament week was some where in the neighborhood of $30 million dollars. Apparently, this wasn’t enough for some businesses as at least one establishment is charging a “CIAA Surcharge.”
