Anyone who saw Bethune-Cookman’s 13-7 win over Norfolk State on Saturday will tell you that it was far from an offensive show. Trailed 7-6 for much of the game after a missed extra point, and it took two safeties to seal the game.
And Norfolk State was even worse.
This highlight grab by Bethune-Cookman’s Jaime Wilson was easily the offensive highlight of the night.
Bethune-Cookman improves to 8-2 overall, and its 5-1 conference record gives it first-place in the MEAC for the time being. Norfolk State falls to 4-6, 4-2 in the MEAC.
