Norfolk and the MEAC have decided to take their relationship to a new level. After a two-year courtship, conference announced today that it will keep its basketball tournaments in Norfolk’s Scope Arena through 2018.

The men’s and women’s basketball tournaments came to Norfolk in 2013 after a disappointing three-year stint in Winston-Salem, NC.
