When Texas Southern ended its season with an opening round loss to Cal Poly in the NCAA Tournament, the biggest question surrounding the program was how it would replace Aaaric Murray. It looks like TSU will have an even bigger hole to fill now as coach Mike Davis is reportedly leaving Houston to take over at Jacksonville.
Reports from sources at the Final Four, TSU b’ball coach Mike Davis is headed to Jacksonville to accept a job there as head coach.

//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js The former Indiana and UAB coach took over TSU on an interim basis prior to the 2013 season. He led TSU to a SWAC regular season title in 2013 and the conference tournament title in 2014. He led TSU to a 36-32 record in two seasons.
