(News & Observer photo) A little more than a month after losing his job following an arrest for violating a domestic violence order, Henry Frazier’s charges have been dropped. The Raleigh News and Observer reports that a Wake County judge has dropped the charges from an arrest that preceded his firing at North Carolina Central. Frazier appealed his firing a few weeks ago, however that appeal was later denied by NCCU officials.
