Clark Atlanta Names New Football Coach

Two months after firing its much of its football coaching staff, Clark Atlanta is appears ready to start fresh. Football Scoop is reporting that Clark Atlanta will hire Tusculum defensive line coach Kevin Weston to lead its football program. Weston served as Tusculum’s defensive coordinator for the 2010 and 2011 seasons.

Weston will take over a Clark-Atlanta program that has gone just 4-16 in the past two seasons. The program released head coach Daryl McNeill in November after a second-straight 2-8 finish.

Prior to coaching for the Pioneers, Weston also played offensive line for them. He is a 2002 graduate of the school. Weston will be the third coach in five years for the Panthers.
