Former Southern band director Nathan Haymer entered a guilty plea to a judge on federal embezzlement charges on Wednesday.

Nathan Haymer, the man who once directed one of the top bands in the land, is facing a long prison sentence.

Haymer has been accused of having a third-party shuffle hundreds of thousands of dollars, filing false invoices.
