The 2019 MEAC/SWAC Challenge is just over a month a way, but we can already look forward to a 2020 matchup.
The 2020 version of the showcase game between the two FCS HBCU conferences will featured Grambling and South Carolina State, according to Grambling’s website.

The game is scheduled for Sept. 6 in Atlanta according to GSU’s schedule. The game moved to Georgia State Stadium in Atlanta last season when Prairie View beat North Carolina Central.
SCSU will be making its fourth appearance in the game since 2005 when won the inaugural matchup against Alabama State 27-14 at Legion Field. Grambling has been in the game twice, losing 27-26 to Hampton in overtime in 2006 and 34-31 to SCSU in 2009 in Orlando.
