Alcorn State repeats as SWAC champ, headed to Celebration Bowl

Revenge has been gotten, and now its time to celebrate. Alcorn State breezed past Grambling State 49-21 to win its second-straight SWAC title and punch its ticket to the first-ever Celebration Bowl.

Alcorn rode its running game, mostly the legs of Darryan Ragsdale, to victory. ASU broke the all-time SWAC Championship Game record for yardage (613), rushing yards (411) and points. Ragsdale ran for a championship game record 188 yards.
