//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js Morgan State finished 7-5 under first year Lee Hull, grabbing a share of the MEAC title for the first time since 1979. Morgan was one of five teams that finished 6-2 in the MEAC, and was awarded the bid after North Carolina Central beat North Carolina A&T 21-14 on Saturday.
North Carolina A&T (9-3) and Bethune-Cookman (9-3) were thought to have an outside chance at an at-large bid, but neither was picked by the selection committee.
Morgan will be hoping to end a MEAC playoff losing streak that extends back to 1999.
