Fayetteville State has taken on a new identity in its first season under head coach Devin Hoehn.

Fayetteville State took down the CIAA North Champion, Johnson C. Smith, on Thursday night in the men's Semifinals.

Fayetteville State knocked Virginia Union, the only remaining CIAA North team, out of the CIAA Tournament Quarterfinals on Thursday night.
