Playing Division I football is every high school athlete’s dream, and getting a full scholarship is every high school athlete’s parent’s dream. Austin Benton got both when Jackson State offered him a full ride to play football, but instead, he chose a different route.
Benton decided to come to Morehouse, following his grandfather’s footsteps.
