Norfolk State women’s basketball player fighting for her life

Norfolk State’s women’s basketball team is in the middle of its season, but one of its members in the fight of her life. Junior forward Amber Brown is in a medically-induced coma after being found unresponsive in her dorm room on New Year’s Day, according to a Go Fund Me account that has been set up for her.

Brown’s older sister, Ebony, also played basketball for Norfolk State.
