North Carolina A&T may have been the toast of MEAC Media Day, but their in-state rivals made arguably the biggest splash in Norfolk. North Carolina Central showed off a new black uniform, announced its game against Bethune-Cookman will be on ESPN and dropped a hype video.
The new uniform was the first revelation.
